Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information liannadanielyan.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is run by Lianna Danielyan, a real estate agent licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE #02142653) and affiliated with Equity Union, 13400 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact or market analysis form, you give us your name, phone number and email address, and you may add what you are interested in, an area, a property address, property type, timeframe and a message. The form also records which page of the site you sent it from.
- What your browser sends automatically. Like most websites, our web host and security tools record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the pages visited and the time of the visit. This is used to run and protect the site.
- Cookies. Our own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are used only when site administrators log in. Some pages show Equity Union’s home search inside the page, and that search may set its own cookies (see Other websites below). If we add website analytics, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry by phone, text message or email. Form messages are delivered to Lianna’s email.
- To prepare a market analysis you request.
- To keep records of real estate work as required, and to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
- Equity Union, the real estate brokerage that supervises Lianna’s work, when it is needed for your inquiry, a transaction or compliance.
- Companies that host the site and deliver its email, only so they can provide those services.
- Government agencies or others when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Phone numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you agree on our form, Lianna may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and Lianna will stop texting you.
Other websites
The home search at liannadanielyan.equityunion.com is run by Equity Union, not by this site. When you use it, either on its own site or where it appears inside one of our pages, Equity Union may collect information and set cookies under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to government sites and news sources are covered by those sites’ policies.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email realtor@liannadanielyan.com or call (818) 669-6245. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our own pages do not track visitors across other websites. Because we do not sell or share personal information, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
Inquiry emails are kept in Lianna’s email account. You can ask us to delete them at any time, except records the law requires us to keep. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), but no website or email account can be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
